Notice Regarding the Opening of the Hachioji Development Center

TAKEUCHI MFG. CO., LTD. (Head Office: Sakaki-machi, Hanishina District, Nagano Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Toshiya Takeuchi), a company that develops, manufactures, and sells compact construction machinery, will open the Hachioji Development Center on July 1, 2026. 

1. Purpose of the Opening 

(1) Strengthening Outreach to Highly Specialized Human Capital 
To strengthen efforts to secure human capital with advanced specialized skills in areas such as software, HMI/UI, electrical systems, electrical controls, structural design, and technical regulations, the company will establish an office in Tokyo to facilitate outreach to specialized professionals residing in the Greater Tokyo Area.

(2) Preventing Employee Turnover Among Those from the Greater Tokyo Area
By serving as a support base for employees from the Greater Tokyo Area during life events (such as marriage or caring for elderly parents), the Hachioji Development Center aims to prevent turnover and promote the retention of human capital.

(3) Building Name: Fresco Minami-Osawa Building (Leasing the 8th floor of a building with 2 basement levels and 14 above-ground floors)
 　Approximately a 3-minute walk from Minami-Osawa Station on the Keio Sagamihara Line 

(4) Leased Area: 655 m² (approx. 198 tsubo) 

(5) Maximum Capacity: 60 people 

(6) Contract Start Date: July 1, 2026
