Climate Change Initiatives (aligned with TCFD recommendations)

Introduction

Our company recognizes strengthening sustainability management as a crucial management issue, and with the SDGs (*1) in mind, we aim to contribute to the realization of an environmentally friendly and prosperous society. We will strive to create economic, social, and environmental value and aim to realize a sustainable society. In particular, regarding the 13th goal, "Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts," we recognize that it is urgent to assess the risks and opportunities that global warming brings to our group's business and to formulate a long-term management strategy through scenario analysis.

Our company is actively working to enhance information disclosure in accordance with the TCFD (*2) recommendations regarding climate change, from the perspectives of "governance," "strategy," "risk management," and "indicators and targets."
