A self-propelled tracked or wheeled machine, typically equipped with an upper slewing body that can rotate 360 degrees. During operation, the lower running body remains stationary, and the machine excavates, rotates, and discharges soil and other materials using a hydraulically driven boom, arm, and bucket.
