In our Fourth Medium-Term Management Plan, our group has adopted the slogan "Building Excellence - Challenging Consolidated Sales of 300 Billion Yen with High Quality, High Performance, and High Engagement," and we are working towards achieving this plan. We will focus on expanding our sales network by leveraging our increased production capacity, expanding sales of aftermarket parts, constructing a new track loaders factory to meet future demand growth, expanding our lineup of battery-powered compact excavators, investing in human capital, and promoting sustainability management.

Our products are deeply involved in the "housing" aspect of life, encompassing not only the construction of houses but also the laying of water and gas pipes, and even disaster recovery efforts. Our raison d'être is to deliver essential small construction machinery for maintaining and improving living environments to the world, thereby contributing to people's happy and prosperous lives. In particular, our products excel in "power," "durability," "operability," "comfort," and "maintainability," and have earned high praise from the market for their unique added value. Moving forward, we will continue to strive for "world-class quality" without being complacent, and work to create TAKEUCHI fans.
