Medium-term Business Plan
The Takeuchi Manufacturing Group has formulated its fourth medium-term management plan (fiscal year ending February 2026 to February 2028) to achieve sustainable growth.
In executing our medium-term management plan, we will share our management vision with all stakeholders in both financial and non-financial aspects, and strive to enhance the corporate value of our group by refining our management strategy through proactive and careful dialogue.

Priority measures
- Expanding the sales network and increasing sales of aftermarket parts.
- Expansion of the dealer network in North America (280 locations → 360 locations), addition of a distributor in Australia.
- We propose to customers an extension of the manufacturer's warranty period, conditional on the use of genuine parts.
- Reorganization of production models and construction of a new loader plant
- We plan to double the number of loaders produced in the fiscal year ending February 2028 compared to the fiscal year ending February 2025.
- Expanding the lineup of battery-powered compact excavators
- Following the 2-ton class currently on sale, prototypes of the 1.5-ton and 3.5-ton classes are currently being tested in the market.
