Promotion and Disclosure of Engagement with Shareholders

Basic Policy

Our basic policy is to disclose appropriate information in a timely manner regarding our management policies and initiatives aimed at sustainable growth and the enhancement of corporate value in the medium to long term, explain them in easily understandable language, and actively engage in dialogue with shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders. We will report the opinions obtained through dialogue with shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders to the Board of Directors and use them to inform further initiatives.

In small meetings and individual dialogues, we provided explanations of our performance and medium-term management plan, as well as our business activities and market conditions, to deepen their understanding of our company.
For the fiscal year ending February 2026, the main topics of dialogue were quarterly financial summaries and forecasts, the contents of the medium-term management plan, capital policy, research and development, and sales strategy.
The valuable opinions gathered through dialogue with shareholders, investors, and others were reported by Business Management Department to the President and Representative Director and the Director in charge of Business Management Department, and then reported to the Board of Directors by the President and Representative Director.

Dialogue Outcomes

In disclosing our medium-term management plan, we have quantitatively presented our cash allocation items in addition to our past sales and profits. We aim to increase corporate value by using disclosure as a basis for dialogue, providing feedback to management, and driving a cycle of management strategy.
