How Compact Excavators Are Made

1. Development

Products are developed and designed, and prototypes are built based on the drawings.

 

2. Testing

Tests on products are conducted, including stress tests, performance tests, and durability tests. Production begins only after all tests are passed.
 

3. Cutting

The parts are cut using a laser or similar method (metal cutting).
 

4. Welding

The cut parts are welded together (joining metals) to form parts such as the boom (arm). We utilize welding robots to ensure consistent quality.
 

5. Machining

Using a wide variety of cutting tools and machine tools, we process the parts.

 

6. Assembly

Steel fabricated products and components sourced from suppliers are assembled to create the products.
 

7. Performance Testing

Each assembled product undergoes a detailed inspection, including functional testing, speed and angle checks, and oil level measurements.

 

8. Painting

Products that have passed performance tests are then given a final coat of paint.
 

9. Final Assembly

After painting is complete, the remaining parts such as the counterweights and covers are installed.
 

10. Final Inspection

A final inspection is conducted before the product is shipped to ensure that the entire product is checked.
 

11. Shipping

The finished products are loaded onto trucks and delivered to countries all over the world.
