Human Capital Policy

Our Group strongly promotes initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being based on the core principles that people are the source of corporate strength and that investing in people is not a cost, but an investment in the future. Through initiatives such as sharing the Group’s vision, providing learning opportunities, practicing health and productivity management, improving work-life balance, and promoting DE&I, our Group strives to create a workplace environment where employees can thrive. Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance employee motivation, attract talented individuals, and further strengthen our competitiveness as a company.

  1. Workforce expansion

We are pursuing workforce expansion in two ways: by supporting business growth and creating additional staffing capacity. We believe that having a staffing buffer is the key for employees to participate in training programs and take childcare leave.

  2. Wage increases

We recognize employees' achievements through compensation and are committed to cultivating a corporate culture where all employees can work with a sense of purpose, motivation, and drive.

  3. Education and development

We provide position-based, specialized, and department-specific training programs for all employees, from junior staff to executives.

  4. Work-Life Balance

We are working to improve employees’ work-life balance by preventing overwork, promoting the planned use of annual paid leave, and encouraging them to take childcare and caregiving leave.

  5. Health and Productivity Management

We support the physical and mental well-being of our employees to help revitalize the organization and improve productivity.
