    • We will learn and educate employees of all positions so that they can work with the same awareness and knowledge.
  3. Safety and health system

Our company has a safety and health management system that includes a general safety and health manager, safety managers, health managers, safety and health committee members, safety and health promotion committee members, and an industrial physician. We conduct safety patrols at least once a month and hold safety and health committee meetings.

  1. Risk assessment

Based on our safety and health policy, we conduct risk assessments of chemical substances and safe work practices. Based on daily reports of near misses and risk estimations, we identify dangerous or hazardous work practices based on the degree of risk (priority) and strive to reduce risks by implementing appropriate countermeasures.
