Stakeholder Engagement
Our company places great importance on stakeholder engagement, which involves understanding the opinions, requests, and concerns of our stakeholders through dialogue and collaborative activities, and incorporating them into our management.
Our main stakeholders include employees working for our group, customers to whom we provide products and services, suppliers who support our product production, shareholders and investors who are directly affected by the results of our business activities, and the local community. In addition, administrative agencies such as local governments and supervisory ministries are involved in compliance matters, and industry-academia-government collaborations and industry associations are involved in information gathering and communication necessary for our business activities. Furthermore, we consider young generations, such as children and students, to be important stakeholders, as they are not only treasures of society but also potential colleagues who will work for our group in the future.
