Engagement with Employees
Human Capital Management
Based on our fundamental principles that "human resources are the source of corporate strength" and "allocation to people is an investment in the future, not a cost," our group is strongly promoting measures to improve employee well-being. Through initiatives such as sharing our group's vision, providing learning opportunities, practicing health management, improving work-life balance, and promoting DE&I, we aim to create a workplace environment where employees can work with vitality. These measures will lead to increased employee motivation, the acquisition of outstanding talent, and ultimately, an improvement in our corporate competitiveness.
Human Capital Investment in the Fourth Med-Term Management Plan (FY2025-FY2027)
The main investments are increasing staff and raising wages. There are two reasons for increasing staff. One is to expand the business, and the other is to create human surplus in the workplace. In order to ensure that employees have time for training and education to develop their skills, we want to create a workplace with human surplus that allows time to be spent on skill development.
