Takeuchi Japan: Takeuchi an innovative global leader in compact equipment has launched the TCR50-2 Crawler Dumper. The newest Crawler Dumper to Takeuchi’s line up is a 6.5t machine offering greater functionality, performance, comfort and serviceability. The TCR50-2 is ideal for low ground pressure applications, transporting heavy loads, and operating on softer surfaces such as snow, mud, gravel, and sand. This machine meets the needs of a wide range of customers including general contractors, landscapers and utility contractors.

Standard equipment features a 5.7” multi-informational display, rear view camera, hydraulic pilot controls, 12V power outlet, radio with Bluetooth and automotive styled interior that provides the operator with all day comfort. Additionally, the TCR50-2 has an 88.4 kW engine that meets the latest emission standards with DOC, DPF, and SCR exhaust after treatment systems.

With an operating weight of 6,550 kg and a maximum loading weight of 3,770 kg this machine provides outstanding performance and durability while hauling materials on the toughest job sites. The 180-degree turning dump allows the operator to be more efficient and reduce downtime. The wide all steel construction covers on the TCR50-2 provide exceptional access to engine and routine inspection points.

Takeuchi Japan: Takeuchi an innovative global leader in compact equipment has launched the TB370 compact hydraulic excavator. This machine is the first in Takeuchi’s 300 series compact excavator line. The TB370 is a 7t offering that will meet the needs of a wide range of customers including general contractors, landscapers, utility contractors, and the rental industry.

With an operating weight of 6,710 kg, a dig depth of 4,085 mm, maximum reach of 6,690 mm and bucket breakout force of 48.4 kN, the TB370 provides excellent working range and performance. The TB370 has two boom options to choose from, the standard Mono-Boom or the 2-Piece Boom. The 2-Piece Boom provides the operator with greater working range and versatility.

Additionally, the TB370 has a 42.4 kW engine that offers DOC and DPF exhaust after-treatment systems. The operator’s station is spacious and features an automotive styled interior with an 8” color touch screen display to keep the operator informed of machine health and condition, as well as a new state of the art intuitive jog dial & multi-switch panel. This machine also has an optional 270-degree view monitor to increase operator vision when navigating a job site.

Takeuchi Japan: Takeuchi, a global innovation leader along with their German distributor Schaefer will be showing Takeuchi’s newest models and technology at the largest construction machinery trade fair in the world, Bauma. The trade fair will run from April 8^th – 14^th, 2019 in Munich, Germany.   

On display will be Takeuchi’s newest models, TB220e all electric excavator and the TB370.  These two models have been in development for a while, and have never been on display. Visitors to Bauma will be the first ones to get a glimpse at these two new models.

The TB370 comes standard with a mono boom and optional 2-piece boom, tilt-up cabin, an 8” color touch screen display plus jog dial controls, and a 42.4 kW engine that delivers superior performance and attachment handling. As the first model of Takeuchi’s new generation lineup, the TB370 has a completely redesigned automotive styled interior with intuitive user’s operation, 270 degree view monitor and bucket operation angle selection device, in which the operator can switch the bucket angle between 125 deg and 195 deg from the operator’s seat without getting on/off the machine.

The TB220e is the latest model of Takeuchi’s lithium-ion battery lineup. Takeuchi is a leading company in lithium-ion battery excavator since we introduced the world’s first fully electric hydraulic excavator at Intermat 2006. TB220e comes standard with a 25 kWh battery that delivers the same performance as the TB216 diesel version. It has a spacious operator’s platform that features pilot operated joysticks and multi-informational display.

Takeuchi Japan: Takeuchi, a global innovation leader is pleased to announce the release of its newest compact excavator, the TB250-2.  The TB250-2 provides Takeuchi with a true 5t excavator offering that is well suited for a wide range of applications including landscape, general contracting, and rental.  It weighs just over 4,970 kg (canopy) and features an independent mono boom, and a max dig depth of 3,780 mm (1,760 mm arm).  The TB250-2 features the Takeuchi Fleet Management telematics system or TFM.  This system allows the owner to view machine vitals, location, utilization, performance, and maintenance data remotely and can be instrumental in ensuring machine uptime and availability.

A three pump hydraulic system provides exceptional multi-function capability and precision pilot joysticks deliver smooth, metered control.  The primary auxiliary circuit delivers 91.7 L/min and it is controlled using a proportional slide switch located on the left hand joystick.  The multi-function monitor makes it possible to adjust hydraulic flow rates from the cabin, and there are multiple presets so attachments can be exchanged quickly and easily.  Additionally, detent mode provides continuous oil flow for various types of hydraulically driven attachments helping to improve efficiency and reduce fatigue.

Not only will the operator be more productive with this machine, they will also be more comfortable in the spacious cabin. The automotive-styled interior is equipped with a high capacity HVAC system to keep them comfortable throughout the year, and rocker switches provide a wide range of functions.  A large multifunction monitor keeps the operator informed of machine health and performance and it is easy to read in varying light conditions. The deluxe high back suspension seat features multiple adjustments for height, weight, fore and aft positions, and tilt for greater comfort and customization.

Serviceability of the TB250-2 is easy to perform due to the large hoods that open overhead providing access to key daily inspection points, optional pattern change valve, selector valve, control valve, battery, and toolbox.  All grease points are clearly marked and easy to locate down one side of the machine.  The fuel fill is located behind a lockable access panel and features a site gauge to simplify refueling.

Sharing the same design concept of the popular TB230, TB240, and TB260.  The TB235-2 is a 3.5t offering that will meet the needs of a wide range of customers including general contractors, landscapers, utility contractors, and the rental industry.

With an operating weight of 3,465 kg, a dig depth of 3,245 mm, maximum reach of 5,225 mm and breakout force of 27.1 Kn, the TB235-2 provides excellent working range and performance. Additionally, the TB235-2 shares the 18.2 kW Yanmar 3TNV88F engine with the TB230 and requires no additional exhaust after-treatment systems.

The operator’s station is spacious and features an automotive styled interior with a multi-information display to keep the operator informed of machine health and condition.  A cab option is available with air conditioning and heat that will provide year round operator comfort in varying climates and conditions.
